Yes. Using RAG, the chatbot searches your documents, website content, FAQs or databases and uses that information to answer, so responses are specific to your business and stay current when your content changes.
Good design reduces this a lot: the bot is instructed to answer only from your content, to say when it doesn't know, and to hand over to a human when needed. I test it against real questions before launch.
